We are seeking a motivated Corporate Sales Coordinator to join our growing janitorial and construction cleaning company. This role will focus on identifying, pursuing, and securing commercial cleaning contracts while managing client relationships and supporting the sales process from lead generation through contract execution.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Research and identify potential corporate clients in need of janitorial and construction cleaning services
Generate qualified leads through various channels including online platforms, networking, and referrals
Conduct initial client outreach and needs assessments to understand cleaning requirements
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients
Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
CRM & Lead Management
Utilize HubSpot CRM to track leads, opportunities, and client communications
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and sales activity data
Leverage ZoomInfo for prospecting and lead enrichment activities
Create and manage email campaigns and follow-up sequences
Generate sales reports and analytics to track performance metrics
Bidding & Proposal Management
Monitor and respond to opportunities on ConstructConnect and other bidding platforms
Prepare detailed proposals and bids for janitorial and construction cleaning projects
Coordinate with operations team to ensure accurate pricing and service specifications
Submit timely and competitive bids while maintaining profit margins
Follow up on submitted proposals and manage the bidding process
Client Relationship Management
Serve as primary point of contact for assigned corporate accounts
Conduct regular check-ins with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify expansion opportunities
Address client concerns and coordinate with operations team for service delivery
Develop long-term relationships that lead to contract renewals and referrals
Digital Marketing & Web Presence
Maintain and update company website content to reflect current services and capabilities
Create and manage social media content across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc.)
Develop marketing materials and digital assets to support sales efforts
Monitor online reviews and manage company's digital reputation
Administrative Support
Maintain organized filing systems for contracts, proposals, and client documentation
Coordinate scheduling for site visits, client meetings, and service start dates
Collaborate with operations and accounting teams on contract implementation
Assist with special projects and sales initiatives as needed
Required Qualifications
Experience & Skills
2+ years of sales experience, preferably in commercial services or B2B sales
Experience with CRM systems, specifically HubSpot preferred
Proficiency with lead generation tools, particularly ZoomInfo
Familiarity with bidding platforms, such as ConstructConnect
Strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Basic web design skills and familiarity with content management systems
Social media management experience across professional and business platforms
Graphic design capabilities using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
Industry Knowledge
Understanding of commercial cleaning services and industry standards
Knowledge of construction cleaning requirements and post-construction cleanup processes
Familiarity with commercial building types and cleaning specifications
Awareness of industry regulations and safety requirements

Digital marketing experience and understanding of online lead generation
Photography skills for capturing before/after project images and social media content
