The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Plans and organizes daily routine: i.e., prospecting, follow-up, un-sold customers, confirmation of outstanding delivery dates and times.
Making phones calls and prospecting to obtain customers
Maintains current product knowledge benefits and features for comprehensive sales presentations.
Conducts thorough rapport building and investigation to select right vehicle for customer.
Conducts demonstration drives with customers
Prepares annual sales and delivery forecasts.
Adheres to company delivery procedures.
Contacts all sold customer for satisfaction levels.
Consistently strives to maximize customer satisfaction.
Prospects customers on and off the dealership on a daily basis.
Prospects and follows-up referrals daily.
Maintains files on all sold and unsold customers.
Introduces each sold client to a Business Manager.
Attends and participates in all weekly morning general sales meetings.
Walks new and used vehicle lots at least twice a week for general inventory knowledge.
Maintains a working knowledge of all products for sale including warranties, and finance plans.
Attends Manufacturer's training sessions and meetings as required
Maintains a working knowledge in all facets of retail leasing policies and procedures.
Ensures management approval is obtained prior to offering any discounts/incentives to customers.
Promotes Dealership in a positive image at all times.
Attends and participates in off showroom floor activities; i.e., auto shows, etc.
Knows, understands and applies OMVIC rules, regulation and code of ethics at all times.
Take photos and videos of vehicles for website and customer inquiries
Stock in vehicles and write descriptions of vehicles for website
