What you'll do as an Inside Sales Rep:
Be the front-line contact for incoming customer calls and product inquiries
Enter customer orders, verify pricing, and track shipments with precision and care
Provide fast and accurate quotes and delivery timelines
Support Account Managers with client needs and help uncover new business opportunities
Troubleshoot product issues and coordinate returns or replacements
Maintain detailed records of orders, inventory, and customer interactions
Make day-to-day service decisions that keep operations running smoothly
What you bring to the Inside Sales Rep role:
2-4 years of experience in the electrical or lighting supply industry
Top-notch communication and organizational skills
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
The ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers succeed
