Sommaire du poste:
Sous la supervision du Chef Estimateur, le ou la Representant(e) des ventes commerciales est responsable de gerer les demandes des clients, d'evaluer leurs besoins en ventilation commerciale et industrielle, de proposer des solutions adaptees, de preparer des soumissions et d'en assurer le suivi.
Responsabilites principales :
Analyser les plans et devis d'ingenierie pour l'execution ou l'estimation des travaux
Preparer les soumissions en fonction des besoins des clients
Repondre aux demandes des clients (appels, courriels) et offrir un accompagnement technique
Developper et fideliser la clientele existante
Etablir et maintenir des relations solides avec les clients
Collaborer avec les equipes internes pour assurer la satisfaction client
Participer a des projets speciaux ou effectuer toutes autres taches connexe
Competences requises:
Diplome d'etudes collegiales (DEC) en mecanique du batiment ou formation en ingenierie
Minimum de 5 ans d'experience dans la vente de produits de ventilation commerciale ou industrielle
Excellentes aptitudes relationnelles, entregent et professionnalisme
Capacite a gerer efficacement plusieurs dossiers simultanement
Connaissances techniques des methodes d'installation en ventilation (un atout)
Reseau de contacts dans le secteur CVAC (un atout majeur)
Autonomie, initiative, sens de l'organisation
Excellente maitrise du francais et de l'anglais, tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit

Position Summary:
Reporting to the Chief Estimator, the Commercial Sales Representative is responsible for handling client inquiries, assessing their needs in commercial and industrial ventilation, preparing quotes, and following up to ensure satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
Analyze engineering plans and specifications for execution or cost estimation
Prepare detailed client quotations based on project requirements
Respond to client requests (phone and email) and provide technical advice
Maintain and grow the current client base
Build and nurture strong client relationships
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
Participate in special projects or perform other related sales tasks as needed
Required Qualifications:
College diploma (DEC) in building mechanics or degree in engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial or industrial ventilation sales
Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism
Ability to manage multiple files and priorities simultaneously
Technical knowledge of ventilation installation methods (an asset)
Established network in the HVAC industry (a strong asset)
Self-motivated, organized, and proactive
Excellent command of both French and English, spoken and written
