We're seeking an experienced and driven Roofer with a specialty in flat roofing systems to support our BC operations. If you're a results-oriented professional who thrives in high-stakes, high-reward environments and knows how to execute with precision and pride, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Install and repair two-ply SBS (Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene) roofing systems as part of a skilled and safety-focused crew. Replace damaged roofing materials and ensure all installations meet Bothwell's high standards for durability and workmanship. Prepare roof decks by cleaning surfaces, removing old roofing, and applying necessary primers and adhesives. Handle and install membranes, flashings, vapour barriers, insulation, and other roofing components using hand and power tools. Ensure compliance with all applicable safety protocols and participate in routine safety meetings. Collaborate with site supervisors and project teams to maintain efficiency and job site integrity. Interpret technical drawings and specifications related to roofing installations.

What You Bring to the Team

2-3 years proven experience installing SBS or other low slope/flat roofing systems Strong understanding of roofing safety standards and building codes Ability to work effectively in outdoor environments and at heights A commitment to quality, attention to detail, and job site cleanliness Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
