Administrative Office Site and Client Residences

Hours:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (some on-call, after-hours, and weekend duties)

What You'll Do:

Conduct in-home assessments and create individualized care plans

Coordinate care, monitor client satisfaction, and manage incidents

Supervise caregivers and support their professional growth

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with safety and care standards

Operations & Team Management:

Supervise employees and support team morale

Conduct on-site visits, caregiver supervision, and quality control

Provide caregiver appraisals and development support

Develop and deliver staff training programs

Participate in staff and OH&S meetings to promote on going improvement

Qualifications:

Current RN certification

Vulnerable Sector Police Check

Current CPR and First Aid certification

Up-to-date immunizations

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Prior nursing experience

Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills

Ability to lift up to 45 lbs using proper body mechanics

Quick decision-making skills in clinical and operational situations
