TITLE: Lead Bootfitter
REPORTS TO: Retail Manager

Job Summary
As Lead Boot fitter you\'ll work closely with the Assistant Manager and boot fitters to ensure our guests receive the best gear and services so they can enjoy North America\'s longest vertical. This role is a seasonal, full-time position from November through April. As an ideal candidate you have in-depth knowledge and experience with all aspects of fitting including custom foot beds and sales in a ski/board environment.
Essential Job Functions

• Hire, train and schedule boot fitters.\xe2\x80\xa2 Provide leadership to the boot fitters.\xe2\x80\xa2 Fit guests with ski and snowboard boots\xe2\x80\xa2 Evaluate and build custom foot beds.\xe2\x80\xa2 Strive to exceed guest expectations.\xe2\x80\xa2 May include other responsibilities such as other hard goods sales, inventory counts, and other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications and Abilities

• 2+ years\' experience in boot fitting and custom foot beds\xe2\x80\xa2 Experience as a lead hand or supervisor will be considered an asset.\xe2\x80\xa2 Experience selling hard goods ski and snowboard equipment.\xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations.\xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
