JOB SUMMARY:

Get in on the exciting opportunity to launch and shape the newly expanded Critical Parts retail shop at the base of RMR. This role is a year-round, full-time position as the store transitions from a ski/board shop in the Fall/Winter to mountain biking and hiking in the Spring/Summer. As an ideal candidate you have in-depth knowledge and experience in the sporting retail world including management, buying, Bootfitting and mountain biking.
Essential Job Functions
Create a dynamic and exciting work environment with effective business management.
Product buying per buy plan; monitoring, reporting, and re-ordering inventory.
Receiving shipments, pricing, and storage.
Merchandizing store and stock rotation.
Staffing management, engagement, and PK training
Manage the guest experience and ensure service standards are met or exceeded to achieve a high Net Promoter Score.
Assist with developing e-commerce.
Assist with loss prevention measures.
Required Qualifications and Abilities
Post-secondary education in related field
2+ years\' experience in a similar role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations.
Proficient in MS Office software
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
