TITLE: Bootfitter
REPORTS TO: Lead Bootfitter

Job Summary
Work at a world class ski shop at the base of RMR with our passionate retail team. As boot fitter you will get to meet guests from around the world while you assist them in finding the correct ski or snowboard boots and gear adding to their memorable vacation.
Essential Job Functions

• Fit guests with ski and snowboard boots\xe2\x80\xa2 Evaluate and build custom foot beds.\xe2\x80\xa2 Assist with sales of other hard goods.\xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain store cleanliness and assist with merchandising.\xe2\x80\xa2 May include other responsibilities such as retail sales and other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications and Abilities

• 1+ years\' experience in boot fitting and custom foot beds\xe2\x80\xa2 Experience selling hard goods ski and snowboard equipment.\xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.\xe2\x80\xa2 Provide outstanding guest experience.
