Responsibilities:
- Source and procure parts and components needed for repairs and maintenance
- Perform data entry to update inventory records and track parts usage
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to identify and select the correct parts for repairs
- Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Assist with management to ensure adequate stock levels of critical parts
- Provide support and guidance to technicians regarding part selection and availability
- Maintain accurate documentation of all parts transactions

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
