Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall management of the project.
Work with Project Director to understand, evaluate and execute the Scope of Work.
Reviews and adjusts Budget based on actual costs to perform work.
Responsible for notifying Operations Manager when there is a risk of the project not meeting expected budget, gross profit margin, and schedule.
Manage, support, and assist, Project Supervisors.
Solicit, receive, and approve proposals from Subcontractors to perform work.
Evaluates need for Change Orders to Owners and Subcontractors.
Prepare reports, documentations and other job related and administrative documents to Project Director & Operations Manager.
Arrange for permits as needed.
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously
Visit sites and meet with G.C.'s / owners to coordinated start dates, site logistics, project readiness and schedule
Manage and monitor RFIs, change orders, and contract documents
Develop and monitor quality control documents including shop drawings, submittals, and field reports
Estimate Projects
Work with Project Supervisors to resolve problems as discovered.
Create and maintain a job activity paperwork and job site Inventories.
Act as liaison with Clients, Subs and in-house personnel.

Desired Qualifications:
4-year degree from a recognized architectural, engineering program, construction management, preferred
Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
Organizational and communication skills
Strong negotiation skills
