Job Description

The Restoration Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all phases of restoration projects from initial emergency response through project completion. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and in accordance with quality standards. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a strong communicator, and experience is an asset in the restoration industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage restoration projects from inspection through completion. Coordinate and communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and internal teams. Create and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines. Ensure proper documentation, including job scopes, photos, work authorizations, and change orders. Maintain job files, update project management systems (e.g., Xactimate, Xactanalysis), and report on progress. Lead teams of technicians and subcontractors on-site. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any client concerns. On call rotation for after hours calls.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in restoration project management (preferred). Experience with water, fire, mold, or storm damage restoration (preferred) Proficiency in restoration software (e.g., Xactimate, Xactanalysis, PSA). IICRC certifications (e.g., WRT, ASD, AMRT) are highly desirable. Strong knowledge of construction methods, insurance processes, and building codes. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Read and write English.

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
