Backed by a national network of trusted restoration professionals, we deliver consistent, high-quality recovery services while offering our team meaningful opportunities for growth, training, and long-term development.As our work continues to expand across municipal, provincial, and federal programs, we are seeking a dedicated Restoration Estimator to support our Restoration team and Project Managers by preparing accurate, compliant, and competitive estimates for restoration projects. This role directly contributes to our mission of restoring not only buildings, but also stability and peace of mind in the communities we serve.

Position Summary:

The Restoration Estimator is responsible for preparing detailed and accurate estimates using Xactimate for a wide range of restoration losses. The ideal candidate brings proven restoration estimating experience, a disciplined approach to accuracy, and a strong understanding of insurance and public-sector project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare comprehensive and defensible estimates using Xactimate for water, fire, mold, and disaster-related restoration projects Collaborate closely with Project Managers and the Restoration team to develop accurate scopes and estimates Review site documentation, drawings, and loss details to ensure estimates are complete and reflective of actual conditions Ensure estimates align with insurance guidelines, company standards, and applicable program requirements Assist with estimate revisions, supplements, and clarifications as projects progress Maintain organized estimating documentation to support reporting and audits

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restoration Estimator Advanced, hands-on proficiency with

Xactimate

(certification strongly preferred) Strong understanding of restoration methodologies and insurance claims processes Experience with municipal, provincial, or federal restoration programs is an asset Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills Clear Criminal Back Check and Driver's Abstract Professional communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team-based environment
