Paul Davis and the Galko Group is currently looking for an Estimator in the Lethbridge Area. At Paul Davis, we help homeowners put their lives together after traumatic events. Restoration Estimators work with project managers, owners and insurance professionals in writing property damage estimates and cost budgets. Our estimators also create budgets and pricing for various property renovations, building exteriors projects, and home builds.



We are looking for an individual who is results driven, has a sense of urgency and values relationships. The ideal Estimator:



Is self-motivated Likes working with people, and has good communication skills Is organized, sets and manages expectations Carries themselves in a professional manner Works well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Experience with Xactimate, Xactanalysis an asset but not necessary Experience with construction costs and budgeting is an asset Construction experience is preferred, but not necessary Previous experience in the insurance industry an asset



Qualifications:



Valid Drivers License Solid interpersonal skills with strong customer service orientation IICRC certifications is an asset but not required A degree in construction or accounting fields is an asset but not required



Compensation is competitive with additional incentives for project success and insurance industry KPI's.
