Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Shift Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations in the front of house area, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment. You will lead a team of staff members, manage food service operations, and ensure compliance with food safety standards.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of front of house staff, including servers, hosts Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently met by training and mentoring team members. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality and safety standards. Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accurate transactions using the POS system. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and service stations. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and efficient communication between front and back of house. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.

Experience

The ideal candidate will possess:

Proven experience in food service or restaurant management, with a strong understanding of kitchen operations. Supervising experience in a fast-paced environment is essential. Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences. Experience with cash handling processes and proficiency in using POS systems. Excellent organanizaitional skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced enviroment Filixibilty to work irregular hours, including evening, weekend, and holidays.
