We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service management and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. This role requires a passion for hospitality, excellent guest service, and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. The Restaurant Manager will ensure that our establishment maintains high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness while driving profitability.

Duties

Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service. Manage inventory control and ordering supplies to maintain optimal stock levels. Ensuring all standards and policies are followed, including those related to safety, food preparation or finishing, timing and cleanliness. Train, develop, and supervise staff to enhance their skills in customer service and food handling. Recruitment, training and development, scheduling, and performance management of team members. Create staff schedules and manage shift operations to ensure smooth service flow. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

o Previous service experience, supervisory experience preferred o A demonstrated commitment to guest service o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills o High energy and commitment to excellence and continuous learning o Experience training and developing others o Passion for food and commitment to quality o Ability to create and seize sales opportunities within the restaurant Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
