Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic

Restaurant Manager

to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in hospitality or food service management, excellent leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role is key to ensuring efficient service, maintaining food safety standards, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure service efficiency Supervise, train, and mentor staff, promoting teamwork and accountability Monitor food preparation for quality, consistency, and adherence to health regulations Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism Manage inventory, place supply orders, and control stock levels Implement and enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards Operate POS systems for order tracking and financial reporting Conduct staff recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and ongoing training

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum

2 years of experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership

Knowledge of food handling procedures, food safety regulations, and kitchen operations Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service Serving It Right Certificate and Food Safety Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
