As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the restaurant run smoothly, from managing staff to maintaining food safety standards.

Duties

Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service. Manage and train staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork. Oversee food preparation and handling procedures to comply with health and safety regulations. Maintain inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as necessary. Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including kitchen areas.

Skills

Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Experience in bartending and food preparation is highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests. Proficient in food handling techniques to ensure quality and safety. Previous experience in restaurant management or similar roles is essential. Ability to manage a team effectively, fostering collaboration and motivation among staff members. Familiarity with kitchen operations, including equipment maintenance and sanitation practices.

Pay: $23.50-$25.50 per hour
