We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Front of House Manager to join our leadership team. This is a unique opportunity for a hospitality professional to deliver exceptional guest experiences, inspire and mentor a passionate team, and uphold the high standards that define Zambri's.

Key Responsibilities
Lead by example in delivering outstanding hospitality, ensuring both new guests and regulars feel truly welcomed
Oversee floor management, balancing the flow of service, guest satisfaction, and maximizing revenue
Provide leadership and mentorship, empowering the team to excel while holding them accountable to Zambri's standards
Manage cash-outs, scheduling, and inventory with accuracy and attention to detail
Work closely with General Manager, ownership and the culinary team to ensure a seamless guest experience
Manage the administrative portion of our Wholesale Program with client emails and invoicing
What We're Looking For
Minimum 4 years of restaurant experience (with experience in a high-volume, casual fine dining environment)
At least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role
Strong knowledge of food, wine, and spirits
Exceptional attention to detail and passion for hospitality
Comfortable with technology: confident in Microsoft Office, Excel, POS programming, email, and troubleshooting technical issues
A positive, professional, and motivating presence who thrives in a dynamic environment
Schedule
Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday - manage floor/dinner service to close
Thursday: Administrative day
