Job Duties
? Manage daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth FOH and BOH performance.
? Supervise, recruit, train, and schedule staff; foster a positive work culture.
? Oversee customer service, resolve complaints, and maintain Japanese hospitality
standards.
? Control food, labor, and operating costs; manage inventory and cash flow.
? Act as the main liaison with Distillery District management on lease, facilities, and event
matters.
? Develop, operate, and maintain the company website; manage digital promotion and
SEO.
? Support BOKU Group sales of Frozen Ramen to retail chains and supermarkets.
? Collect and analyze market feedback to improve sales and brand presence.
Requirements
? Education: Bachelor's degree required.
? Experience: Minimum of 5 years of management experience, including at least 18
months of restaurant management experience; Japanese dining experience preferred.
? Leadership: Proven record of managing a team of 5 or more employees for at least 3
years.
? Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
? Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese; Japanese language skills are an asset.
? Knowledge of Canadian food safety, labor laws, and compliance standards.
? Experience with website operation, digital marketing, and social media promotion.
? Sales or business development experience in the food industry is an advantage.

Pay: Up to $37.00 per hour
