We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and dedicated Service Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient service that upholds the Berczy's standards.
Lead, motivate, and develop the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Organize staffing schedules using PUSH, update daily labour projections and make necessary staffing adjustments based on business needs.
Recruit, interview and hire new team members; oversee onboarding, training and development.
Actively engage with guests on the restaurant floor, addressing any concerns or inquiries and ensuring their complete satisfaction.
Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless execution of menu offerings and to maintain consistency in quality and presentation.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels, placing orders as needed, and managing vendor relationships.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize guest satisfaction, drive repeat business, and increase revenue.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, company policies, and local laws.
Continuously assess and improve service standards and staff performance through regular feedback, training, and coaching.
Communicate effectively with all team members to ensure the highest level of service is consistently delivered.

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
