Title of Position: Restaurant Manager



:

You will direct FOH operations of the restaurant and supervise the team. This includes all facets of customer service and ensuring a memorable guest experience every time.

Responsibilities:



- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service

- Manage and lead a team of restaurant staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management

- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure customer satisfaction

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all areas of the restaurant

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner

- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders

- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability

- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:


- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the food service industry

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience

- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 44 per week
