Manager / Supervisor
to lead our dynamic team and ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities
Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Supervise and train staff in all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and safety protocols.
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations.
Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and improve overall dining experiences.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to foster a positive atmosphere.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.
Skills
Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
Ability to supervise staff effectively while fostering teamwork and collaboration.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
Proficient in kitchen operations and food preparation techniques.
Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience in a restaurant supervisory or managerial role
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Available to work
morning and evening shifts
