Scarolies is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations . The ideal candidate will possess a strong leadership role and demonstrating exceptional leadership and customer service skills. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service , and overall guest satisfaction while managing a team of dedicated staff.
Duties
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage the highest quality service and cleanliness
Managing servers , busboys , food runners , bartenders, hostesses,
Utilize POS systems, including Micros POS, for efficient order processing and cash handling.
Supervise and train staff in food handling, customer service, and hospitality best practices.
Conduct interviews and hire new team members to build a strong workforce.
Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and leadership.
Monitor inventory levels at the bar and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Implement strategies to enhance the dining experience and increase restaurant profitability.
Requirements
Proven experience in restaurant management with a minimum of Five Years Experience or a similar role within the food service industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations gracefully. And assuring 100% customer satisfaction
Proficiency in using POS systems; experience with Micros POS is preferred.
Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of restaurant operations.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
