What You'll Do
Lead daily service and support the front-of-house team
Ensure smooth, consistent service and a welcoming atmosphere
Manage scheduling, reservations, and team communication
Help train, develop, and motivate staff
Work closely with the kitchen and bar on ordering and inventory
Handle guest concerns and team challenges with professionalism
Uphold health, safety, and service standards
Act as a key point of contact between ownership and staff
What We're Looking For
5+ years of restaurant or hospitality management experience
Confident, supportive leadership style
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with POS systems, reservations, and inventory tools
Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
