We are seeking an organized and dynamic restaurant Manager.
Responsibilities
Supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
Oversee daily operations, including administration, communication with staff, and customer service.
Conduct recruiting, and training of new staff.
Qualifications
Experience in fine dining restaurants
Experience in management or a supervisory role.
Leadership skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus.
Proficient in POS systems, and serving customers.
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
