Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to join the team in ensuring exceptional service and culinary excellence, contributing to our mission of providing unforgettable guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service.
Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to build a strong team.
Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal trends and guest preferences.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to meet operational demands.
Foster a positive dining atmosphere by addressing guest feedback and concerns promptly.
Collaborate with hotel management to enhance overall guest experience through dining services.
Focus on selling wines, beverages, add on to elevate the average check and guest experience.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse team effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience in menu planning and food preparation is an asset.
