Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in restaurant management, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety. This role requires effective leadership skills, a keen understanding of the food industry, and the ability to manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to health and safety regulations. Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Ensure high standards of food preparation and handling are maintained at all times. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations. Implement and maintain POS systems for efficient order processing and payment handling. Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to match production to Guest demands while maintaining cost-effectiveness. Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to ensure cleanliness and organization. Develop strategies to increase sales and improve overall restaurant performance.

Qualifications

Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, food handling practices, and health regulations. Familiarity with POS systems. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by business needs. A background in hotel or kitchen management is an advantage but not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 44 per week
