Duties

Implement and maintain food safety protocols in compliance with health regulations.
Develop and manage schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours.
Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new team members.
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage costs effectively to maximize profitability.
Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with chefs to create seasonal menus that reflect current trends in the food industry.
Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement in operations and service delivery.
