Job Description

Main duties

  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the operations of a restaurant
  • Recruit staff, oversee staff training, set staff work schedules, and monitor staff performance
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, control inventory, monitor revenues, and modify procedures and prices
  • Manage social media marketing and negotiate arrangements with clients for catering or use of facilities for banquets
  • Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
Employment requirements
  • Have a bachelor's degree or higher in hospitality management, culinary arts management, or business administration
  • Have a food safety certification recognized in NB, before the start date of employment
  • Have an experience and/or knowledge in the hospitality and food service industry
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $18.50-$21.00 per hourAdditional pay:
