Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s :
  • S\xe2\x80\x99assurer que les op\xc3\xa9rations quotidiennes en ressources humaine se d\xc3\xa9roulent bien entre l\xe2\x80\x99entreprise et nos Centres de soutien
  • \xc3\x89tablir des liens avec les Centres internes de soutien des Ressources humaines (cong\xc3\xa9s et h\xc3\xa9bergements, indemnisation, indemnisation dus aux accidents du travail, centre de services des associ\xc3\xa9s, etc.) pour assurer le bon d\xc3\xa9roulement des op\xc3\xa9rations
  • Fournir un soutien linguistique aux Centres de soutien qui n\xe2\x80\x99ont pas de personnel francophone
  • Recommander des am\xc3\xa9liorations aux processus de travail avec nos Centres de soutien
  • S\xe2\x80\x99assurer que l\xe2\x80\x99entreprise canadienne est prise en compte dans les nouveaux processus propos\xc3\xa9s par les Centres de soutien
  • Assurer la liaison avec Total Rewards et les chefs d\xe2\x80\x99entreprise pour faciliter les examens de poste et la validation des descriptions d\xe2\x80\x99emploi (y compris l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quit\xc3\xa9 salariale).
  • \xc3\x89laborer et soutenir une strat\xc3\xa9gie en mati\xc3\xa8re de ressources humaines avec l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe de direction canadienne et le directeur des Ressources humaines
  • Effectuer des exercices de planification de la rel\xc3\xa8ve, d\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9valuation des talents \xc3\xa0 9 cases, de calibrage des talents et d\xe2\x80\x99autres exercices de planification de l\xe2\x80\x99effectif avec les dirigeants
  • Apprendre l\xe2\x80\x99entreprise et d\xc3\xa9velopper de mani\xc3\xa8re proactive des strat\xc3\xa9gies pour le personnel nous permettant d\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xaatre plus comp\xc3\xa9titifs dans le secteur
  • Superviser la fonction de Relations avec les associ\xc3\xa9s.
  • G\xc3\xa9rer le g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9raliste des Ressources humaines qui sera le principal contact pour les relations avec les associ\xc3\xa9s pour 1.) enqu\xc3\xaater sur les questions li\xc3\xa9es aux politiques, \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9thique et aux lois et r\xc3\xa8glements; et 2.) Soutenir la direction dans la proc\xc3\xa9dure disciplinaire progressive.
  • S\xe2\x80\x99associer \xc3\xa0 un avocat externe sur des questions juridiques li\xc3\xa9es au droit du travail et participer \xc3\xa0 des m\xc3\xa9diations au besoin
  • Former et conseiller les associ\xc3\xa9s et les gestionnaires sur l\xe2\x80\x99utilisation des outils et des ressources pour une gestion efficace de la performance et son d\xc3\xa9veloppement.
  • Effectuer et/ou superviser les v\xc3\xa9rifications de conformit\xc3\xa9 applicables.
  • Mener des enqu\xc3\xaates plus d\xc3\xa9licates sur les relations avec les employ\xc3\xa9s et soutenir les cadres sup\xc3\xa9rieurs dans les relations avec les employ\xc3\xa9s.
Qualifications requises :
  • Baccalaur\xc3\xa9at ou exp\xc3\xa9rience \xc3\xa9quivalente; MBA (de pr\xc3\xa9f\xc3\xa9rence) en ressources humaines, en administration ou dans un domaine connexe
  • Comp\xc3\xa9tences exceptionnelles en communication \xc3\xa9crite et verbale en fran\xc3\xa7ais et en anglais

Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring that the day-to-day HR operations are running smoothly between the business and our Centers of Support
  • Connecting with internal HR Centers of support (Leaves and Accommodations, Compensation, Worker\xe2\x80\x99s Compensation, Associate Service Center, etc.) to ensure that operations are running smoothly
  • Provide language support to Centers of Support who do not have French speaking staff
  • Recommend process improvements in ways of working with our Centers of Support
  • Ensure that the Canadian business is being considered in new processes proposed by Centers of Support
  • Liaise with Total Rewards and business leaders to facilitate job reviews and job description validation (including Pay Equity).
  • Developing and supporting people strategy with the Canadian leadership team and HR Director
  • Conduct succession planning, 9-box talent assessment, talent calibration and other workforce planning exercises with leaders
  • Learn the business and proactively develop people strategies that enable us to be more competitive in the space
  • Overseeing the Associate Relations function.
  • Responsible for managing HR Generalist who will be the primary contact for Associate Relations with respect to 1.) investigating matters related to policy, ethics, and law; and 2.) Supporting management in the progressive discipline process.
  • Partner with outside counsel on legal matters related to employment law and participate in mediations when necessary
  • Train and counsel associates and managers on the use of tools and resources for effective performance management and development.
  • Conduct and or oversee applicable compliance audits.
  • Conduct more sensitive employee relations investigations and support senior leaders in employee relations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent experience; MBA Degree (preferred) in Human Resources, Business or related area
  • Stellar French and English written and verbal communication skills
  • 5+years of experience in a Human Resources generalist role; at least 2 years of experience conducting employee relations investigations.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Talent Management:
  • Support the business in conjunction with HRBPs in the coordination, preparation and results compilation of all talent reviews, talent assessment administration, including validation of actions taken.
  • Develop and maintain talent database.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to coordinate and participate in interview panels to help bring closure to the hiring process.
Learning & Development:
  • Train and counsel associates and managers on the use of tools and resources for effective performance management and development
  • Lead the coordination and facilitation of the performance review calibration process.
  • Support HRBP with organizational change efforts, including talent matching, Oracle movement and auditing and reductions in force
Collaborating with COEs:
  • Liaise with Total Rewards and business leaders to facilitate job reviews and job description validation
  • Partner with Legal on non-solicitation requests
  • Support the integration of newly acquired companies and assists leadership with orientation to HR programs, policies and procedures
  • Work with the Associate Relations Team and HR Service Center to respond to assigned cases
Data & Analytics:
  • Develop and maintain reports using reporting, analytics, and dashboard tools; reports include but not limited to TA reports, compliance training reports, salary history reports, and exit interview results
  • Work with HRBP to provide insightful analysis of critical HR Data assisting with the recommendation and implementation of appropriate solutions
  • Audit DIV/DEPT list and partner with EBS and Finance to make corrections
  • Partner with EBS on ad hoc report and enhancement requests from the business
