Dans ce role, vous gererez le processus de creation de marche afin d'atteindre les objectifs fixes et de mettre en oeuvre les strategies a long terme. Le gestionnaire des ventes au detail est egalement charge de travailler en coordination avec les services d'agronomie et de marketing afin d'elaborer un message scientifique sur la nutrition avancee des cultures a l'echelle locale/regionale, en accord avec nos tactiques marketing globales.
Que ferez-vous?Elaborer et mettre en oeuvre les objectifs annuels de croissance des ventes de produits Bioscience et fertilisants Performance ainsi que les plans marketing pour votre territoire. Evaluer les opportunites de croissance et gerer la strategie de distribution aupres des clients. Travailler avec les gestionnaires de comptes, les gestionnaires de comptes majeurs, ainsi que les departements de la gamme de produits, d'agronomie et de marketing et d'autres services fonctionnels afin de determiner le modele de commercialisation par region et d'elaborer une proposition de valeur basee sur la segmentation actuelle de la clientele, les tendances du marche et la strategie.
Developper un positionnement agronomique coherent des produits Mosaic en coordination avec le departement des ventes, d'agronomie et de la nutrition des cultures. Aider a l'elaboration de supports de formation. Aider a la formation train the trainer autour du portfolio, notamment : creation d'une analyse de rentabilite pour le soutien aux detaillants, alignement du portfolio avec tous les produits Mosaic, connaissances agronomiques en matiere de nutrition avancee des cultures et positionnement de la valeur des produits biologiques pour les detaillants et les agriculteurs.
Elaborer un calendrier annuel des activites promotionnelles et de formation par client dans le territoire de vente. Organiser et participer a des evenements techniques et promotionnels ainsi qu'a des conferences/forums Mosaic. Soutenir et developper des supports et des campagnes promotionnels par client/region. Travailler en collaboration avec le(s) gestionnaire(s) de compte pour creer des analyses hebdomadaires des produits concurrents, des budgets, des previsions et des transferts de donnees clients vers l'equipe commerciale et d'autres domaines fonctionnels.
Ce poste implique de jouer un role actif dans le mentorat des nouveaux employes, d'apporter une assistance aux conseillers des ventes au detail, d'assurer le leadership de l'equipe lors des reunions et de soutenir d'autres projets speciaux.
Quelles sont les competences requises pour le poste?Baccalaureat requis, avec une specialisation en agroeconomie, marketing, agronomie ou sciences du sol ou dans un domaine connexe.
5 a 7 ans d'experience dans la vente et/ou le marketing a un niveau eleve.
Solide experience et succes prouve dans les marches des produits exclusifs ou axes sur la technologie, tels que les caracteristiques, les produits et/ou services agronomiques specialises. Solides connaissances en agronomie. Experience dans le commerce de detail et/ou vaste comprehension des tendances du commerce de detail et du fonctionnement des entreprises.

The Retail Sales Manager is responsible for creating a market for and driving sales and achieving growth goals of Mosaic Bioscience and Performance Fertilizer Products. This role will manage the market creation process to meet established goals and long-term strategies. Retail Sales Manager is also responsible for coordinating with agronomy and marketing to develop a local/regional scientific advanced crop nutrition messaging that is consistent with our overall marketing tactics.
This position is a virtual position to be located and covering Eastern Canada - Quebec area.
What will you do?Develop and execute annual Bioscience and Performance Product Sales growth targets and marketing plans for their individual territory. Evaluate opportunities for growth and manage customer distribution strategy. Work with Account Manager(s), Key Account Managers Product Line, Agronomy, Marketing and other functional areas to determine "go to market" model by region and to develop a value proposition based on current customer segmentation, market trends, and strategy.
Jointly coordinate with the Sales Leadership, Agronomy and the Crop Nutrition Leads to develop a consistent agronomic positioning of Mosaic products. Assist with development of training materials. Assist with internal TSM train the trainer training revolving around the portfolio including: creating a business case for retailer support, portfolio alignment with all Mosaic products, agronomic knowledge of advanced crop nutrition and positioning the value of of biological products for retailers and farmers.
Develop annual calendar of activities for the promotional and training activities by customer within sales territory. Organize and participate in technical and promotional events and Mosaic conferences/forums. Support and develop promotional materials and campaigns by customer/region. Work in conjunction with account manager(s) to create weekly competing products analysis, budgets, forecast and customer data transfer back to sales team and other functional areas.
This position is responsible to take an active role in peer mentoring new employees, providing assistance to assigned Retails Sales Advisors, provide team leadership on team meetings and support of other special projects.
What do you need for this role?Bachelor's Degree required, major in Ag Business, Marketing, Agronomy or Soil Science or related field
5-7 years of high-level sales and/or marketing experience.
Strong background with proven success in proprietary products or technology driven markets such as traits, specialized agronomic products and/or services. Strong agronomic understanding. Retail experience and or vast understanding of retail trends and business operation.
Exceptional customer relationships skills and adept at developing trust through listening and responsiveness.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including excellent presentation and training skills.

Mosaic is a pay for performance company. The salary range for this role is $113,000 - $183,500. Total compensation is based on performance and contribution.
