Description sommaire
: le Gestionnaire des ventes sera responsable d'accroitre les revenus de l'entreprise en identifiant de nouvelles opportunites d'affaires et en developpant de nouvelles relations clients. Nous recherchons une personne ambitieuse, organisee, dynamique et interessee a croitre avec l'entreprise.
Taches & responsabilites
Etudier et developper les opportunites et strategies de croissance des ventes avec les clients potentiels et actuels
Identifier de nouvelles opportunites d'affaires, notamment pour la location des espaces pour des evenements corporatifs et des tournages
Assurer la redaction, la negociation et la presentation des contrats de location et de services aupres des clients
Repondre aux demande d'evenements et realiser les visites des espaces avec les clients potentiels
Travailler etroitement avec le Gestionnaire Marketing dans la realisation de campagnes publicitaires ciblees.
Superviser la base de donnees clients
Competences recherchees
3 ans et plus d'experience pertinente
Excellente communication verbale et ecrite en francais et en anglais
Charismatique, organise et soucieux du detail
Facilite a communiquer et a travailler en equipe

Salaire de depart
: 65,000$ + commissions

Summary Description
: The Sales Manager will be responsible for increasing company revenue by identifying new business opportunities and developing new customer relationships. We are looking for someone that is ambitious, organized, dynamic and interested in growing with the company.
Role & Responsibilities
Develop sales growth opportunities and strategies with potential and current clients
Identify new business opportunities, particularly for corporate events and film shoots
Ensure the drafting, negotiation and presentation of rental and service contracts to clients
Respond to event inquiries and carry out site visits with potential clients
Work closely with the Marketing Manager in the realization of targeted advertising campaigns
Supervise the client database
Skills & Requirements:
3+ years of relevant experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & French
Charismatic, organized and detail oriented
Ability to communicate and work in a team
Vehicule and valid driver's license required
