What you will do




As an

Associate Sales Manager Intern,

you will be assigned projects to support your respective area of business. Through this, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders, build your expertise and leadership skills while making a real impact on iconic Kenvue brands. When you come to work, you will be part of a culture of diversity that seeks to support every employee in reaching their potential. This position would start in one of our three core positions within the sales function:

Insights, Pricing & Promotions Analytics Category Solutions & Insights Customer Teams & Development


Within the role, you will be provided the opportunity for strong learning & development and the chance to grow your skills through formal and on-the-job training.

Key Responsibilities

Shaping customer recommendations inclusive of new product innovations, merchandising initiatives, and providing an assessment of risks/opportunities Identifying, quantifying, tracking, and communicating business results against key priorities in partnership with internal stakeholders Delivering on customer account team business target of assigned Kenvue brands, supported by the shopper, category, and product/brand insights and analytics Collaborating with customer teams, sales strategy, and brand marketing to lead and craft growth-driving opportunities Manage and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines and deliverables Create and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders Build and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales promotions

What we are looking for




Required Qualifications

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada Bilingual communication (French/English) is required in this role Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Eligible to complete a 4-month internship term in Quebec, Montreal. This assignment will take place from May 2026 to August 2026 0-2 years of related experience in sales, marketing or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Principales responsabilites

Formuler des recommandations a l'intention des clients, notamment en ce qui concerne les innovations en matiere de produits, les initiatives de marchandisage et l'evaluation des risques et des occasions Identifier, quantifier, suivre et communiquer les resultats de l'entreprise par rapport aux priorites cles en partenariat avec les parties prenantes internes Atteindre l'objectif commercial de l'equipe chargee des comptes clients pour les marques Kenvue attribuees, en s'appuyant sur l'analyse des consommateurs, de la categorie et des produits/marques Collaborer avec les equipes client, la strategie de vente et le marketing de la marque pour diriger et creer des occasions de croissance Gerer et hierarchiser plusieurs projets afin de respecter les delais et les resultats attendus Creer et livrer des presentations aux intervenants internes et externes Etablir et entretenir des relations avec les partenaires et les fournisseurs cles Surveiller et rendre compte de l'efficacite des promotions de vente
