Le ou la Gestionnaire de bureau joue un role cle dans l'efficacite operationnelle de Groupe Touchette. En tant que responsable de l'ensemble des emplacements de bureau, la personne titulaire du poste veille a optimiser les couts, harmoniser les pratiques et favoriser la synergie organisationnelle. Elle assure la gestion des operations quotidiennes, la coordination des services internes et la supervision des besoins logistiques afin de garantir un environnement de travail fonctionnel, professionnel et bien organise.


Responsabilites principales




Gestion de l'ensemble des bureaux de l'organisation pour assurer uniformite, efficacite et optimisation des processus. Assurer un suivi rigoureux des budgets et contribuer a la reduction des couts operationnels. Proposer et mettre en place des initiatives visant a ameliorer la synergie entre les services et les sites. Gerer l'inventaire des bureaux et creer un formulaire de suivi pour une gestion optimisee. Gerer les demandes de restauration (catering). Repondre rapidement aux autres demandes provenant des employes et gestionnaires. Superviser les reservations, l'utilisation et les approbations relatives aux salles de conference. Veiller au bon fonctionnement des equipements et au respect des procedures. Coordonner les besoins en cafe, en restauration et autres services connexes pour Lebeau. Gerer la distribution du courrier Lebeau et les demandes Purolator. Prendre en charge les demandes d'entretien via le systeme de billetterie et assurer le suivi avec les fournisseurs jusqu'a resolution. Numeriser les recus necessaires a la conciliation des cartes de credit. Offrir un soutien administratif general au besoin.

Competences et qualifications




Experience pertinente en gestion de bureau ou coordination administrative. Capacite demontree a gerer plusieurs sites simultanement. Excellentes competences organisationnelles et souci du detail. Habilete a optimiser les processus et a gerer les couts. Excellentes competences en communication et en service a la clientele. Maitrise du francais et de l'anglais (atout important). Connaissance des outils bureautiques et des systemes de billetterie.

The Office Manager plays a key role in the operational efficiency of Groupe Touchette. Responsible for overseeing all office locations, this individual ensures cost optimization, aligned processes, and strong synergy across the organization. The role includes managing day-to-day office operations, coordinating internal services, and supporting the logistical needs required to maintain a well-organized, professional, and functional workplace.


Key Responsibilities




Oversee all office locations to ensure consistency, efficiency, and optimized workflows. Monitor budgets and contribute to organizational cost-saving initiatives. Implement improvements that enhance collaboration and synergy across sites. Manage office inventory and create a tracking form for improved management. Handle catering needs. Respond to and follow up on general office requests from employees and managers. Manage conference room reservations, usage, and approvals. Ensure equipment is functioning properly and procedures are followed. Coordinate coffee services, catering needs, and other related requests for Lebeau. Manage Lebeau mail distribution and Purolator requests. Handle maintenance requests using the ticketing system and follow up with vendors as required. Scan receipts for credit card reconciliations. Provide general administrative support as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.

Skills & Qualifications




Experience in office management or administrative coordination. Ability to manage multiple office locations or complex environments. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to optimize processes and control costs. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Bilingualism (French and English) preferred. * Proficiency with office software and ticketing systems.
