We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the needs of our organization. This position requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of human resources practices, and the ability to effectively negotiate and engage with potential candidates. The Recruiter will utilize various sourcing techniques and tools to ensure a robust talent pipeline while fostering positive employee relations throughout the hiring process.
Duties
Conduct full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in various positions.
Participate in recruitment and talent management initiatives, including the implementation and optimization of tools and strategic projects.
Utilize HR sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever or iCIMS to maintain organized candidate records.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications against job specifications.
Negotiate offers with selected candidates while ensuring alignment with company policies.
Maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
Perform background checks and reference checks as part of the hiring process.
Engage in lead generation activities to build a network of potential candidates for future openings.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition within a corporate environment.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes.
Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday, ADP, Kronos, or UltiPro is preferred.
Experience using Salesforce for tracking recruitment metrics is a plus.
Proficiency in utilizing ATS platforms like Lever or iCIMS for efficient candidate management.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
Knowledge of employee relations principles and practices is beneficial.
Ability to conduct cold calling for outreach purposes and research potential candidates effectively.
A background in sales can be advantageous for understanding candidate engagement strategies.
