Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Residential Property Manager to oversee our residential properties. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation and management of properties while providing exceptional service to tenants. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative and customer service skills, along with a solid understanding of property management practices.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of residential properties, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Handle tenant inquiries and concerns promptly, maintaining high standards of customer service. Coordinate property maintenance and repairs. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure quality standards are met. Facilitate lease agreements, renewals, and terminations while negotiating terms with tenants. Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and customer relationship management systems. Promote available units and enhance occupancy rates. Provide administrative support including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining office organization. Ensure general maintenance of underground garage and parking levels, service rooms, foyers, patios and rooftops. Ensure watering of gardens and lawns. Ensure vacuuming, sweeping and mopping of carpeted or tiled common areas. Ensure general maintenance of common areas (lobbies, elevators, hallways, stairwells, windows etc.) and amenity areas (laundry rooms, recreation rooms etc). Ensure dusting and cleaning of garbage chutes, garbage rooms, walls floors and recycling rooms.

Qualifications

Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred. Strong office experience with administrative skills. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on tenant satisfaction. Effective negotiation skills to manage lease agreements and tenant relations. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for interacting with tenants and vendors. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
