Job Title: Residential Leasing Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Leasing Manager to lead leasing operations at one of our key rental communities in Surrey, BC. Role and Responsibilities:

• Oversee all leasing operations for a key residential rental community in Surrey.
• Drive leasing activity to meet or exceed occupancy goals, using data and team performance metrics.
• Ensure all lease agreements are accurate, compliant, and executed in a timely manner.
• Respond to leasing inquiries from prospective tenants and management within 30 minutes during business hours as per company policy.
• Provide clear, consistent reporting to management on leasing performance, activity, and trends.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to implement campaigns and outreach strategies tailored to the local market.
• Contribute to the execution of on-site marketing efforts including signage, resident events, email campaigns, and social media engagement.
• Ensure leasing materials, listings, and digital content are accurate, up to date, and aligned with brand standards.
• Maintain a strong understanding of available inventory, pricing, and community features to support the leasing team.
• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancy Act and uphold company service standards.

• You're a confident communicator with strong sales instincts and a customer-first approach.

• You're organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• You're proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or property management software is an asset.
• You're available to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• You have a solid understanding of the Residential Tenancy Act
• You possess excellent organizational, communication and time management skills.
• You are capable of exercising tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality at all times.

• Post-secondary education in a related field.
• Minimum two (2) years of relevant residential leasing or sales experience.
• Previous experience in residential property management, considered an asset
• Fluent in the English language, both written and verbal.
