The Residence Services Assistant maintains up-to-date student and guest information using appropriate software applications; acts as the main information resource for students, guests, conference guests, and contractors; and directs calls, visitors, and contractors to the right place or staff person. Effective ongoing communication with the conference team, residence administrative staff, residence assistants, and maintenance and housekeeping staff is essential in ensuring guest and student/guest service standards are met. This position signs in contractors and guests, ensures residents show their residence card upon entry, and distributes mail.
