Reservations Agent Job Summary:
Canadvac is a receptive tour operator which means we provide product and booking services for international tour operators, primarily in Europe, for their clients coming to Canada. We are their "local experts". We are looking for a Reservations Agent. Primary responsibilities would be:

• Managing booking requests from tour operators
• Managing bookings with suppliers
• Maintaining customer files/communication in our CRM Salesforce
• Maintaining reservations in our reservations system ISO Pacific
• Learning Canadvac supplier product sets
• Providing knowledgable and helpful recommendations for tour operators
• Providing customer service for travelers while in Canada (as part of support team)
• Regular 8 hour days with emergency phone coverage time-shared during summer periods when travelers are in Canada.
• Other duties as requested by supervisor to assist the Canadvac Team

Reservations Agent Requirements and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business administration, Hospitality & Tourism or relevant field preferred (completion in 2022 will be considered).
Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent communication skills
Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
Self-managed/motivated
Organized and focused.
Knowledge of French or German language would be an asset.
Knowledge of Salesforce CRM would be an asset.
