Ticketing Agent
to join our team and support our expanding client base.Key Responsibilities:
Handle airline ticket reservations, cancellations, reissues, and exchanges using
Amadeus
andSabre
GDS systems. Managepackage bookings
including flights, hotels, tours, and add-on services. Provide professionalcustomer support
via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely responses and high-quality service. Process payments, issue invoices, and ensure compliance with airline and company policies. Resolve customer queries, complaints, and special requests in a proactive and empathetic manner. Stay updated on airline rules, fare structures, promotions, and travel regulations.Requirements:
Minimum
2+ years of experience
as a Ticketing Agent in the travel industry. Strong working knowledge ofAmadeus
andSabre
GDS systems. Experience withpackage booking
(flights + hotels + tours). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.Preferred:
Knowledge of other GDS systems. Experience in handling international travel bookings. Multilingual abilities.
