We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused
Reservation & Ticketing Agent
to join our city office team. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary contact for our customers, and trade partners, helping them plan and book seamless travel experiences. If you have a passion for travel, exceptional attention to detail, and a knack for problem-solving, we want you on our team.
As a Reservation & Ticketing Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients over the phone and in person with booking complex itineraries, managing reservations, processing ticket sales, and providing expert advice on travel requirements. This is a sales and service-oriented position where your expertise will directly contribute to our customers' positive travel planning experience.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone and emails
Guide clients through booking flights, hotels, and other services, providing detailed fare and route information.
Utilize Sabre system to make, modify, or cancel reservations accurately and efficiently.
Resolve customer complaints with professionalism, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and contribute to a positive work environment.
Process ticket sales, collect payments, and ensure all financial transactions are recorded correctly.
Address and resolve customer inquiries or issues related to bookings, pricing, and loyalty programs professionally.
Ensure all booking details adhere to airline policies, travel regulations, and data entry standards.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions.
Requirements
Experience:
Proven experience in a customer service role in an Airline environment required. Previous experience with Sabre system is a must.
Skills:
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge:
Familiarity with airline & travel industry regulations, fare structures, and airline policies is required.
Technical:
Proficiency with computer reservation systems and standard office software.
Attributes:
A positive attitude, a passion for travel, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general computer skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: $36,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
