About the Role As directed, provides administrative, clerical, and financial support for all research related contracts/grants administered by the Faculty of Science. Reviews and processes research related contract/grant expenditures and encumbrances by verifying validity and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with granting agencies and university regulations. Maintains knowledge of and interprets and implements external agency and university regulations, guidelines, and procedures governing use of research funds and communicates these requirements to the Faculty of Science department users.
