Job Summary - this is a hybrid position, Recruiter and Financial Executive Assistant. This position is full time. Your time will be split between working as an assistant on the financial and accounting side of the business, and the other half of the time you will work for the recruiting team on the health care side of the business.

Job qualifications - Recruiter Assistant:

  • Experience in recruiting, sales, account management, or staffing preferred

  • Experience with calling or candidate prospecting preferred

  • Demonstrated success in customer service or account management

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to organize and prioritize tasks

  • Able to work well under pressure and within time constraints

  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment

  • Firm grasp on medical practices, administrative processes, and organizational policies

Job Qualifications - Financial Assistant:

  • Financial background required

  • Tracking financial transactions as well as creating financial reports.

  • Submit expense reports and send communications for high-level staff as needed

  • Creating spreadsheets and managing databases

  • Maintaining strictest confidentiality

  • Provide general administrative support

  • Performing related work as required

  • Arranging meetings and other events

  • Excellent organizational skills and diligence.

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and stressful environment.

  • Quick learner

  • Must be a team player

  • Must be professional with excellent communication and computer skills

  • Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails

  • Punctual, honest, positive, reliable, and outgoing attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $49,189.55 - $52,000.00 per year

Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Palm Beach, FL 33480: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
  • Financial: 1 year (Required)
  • Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred)
