Job Summary - this is a hybrid position, Recruiter and Financial Executive Assistant. This position is full time. Your time will be split between working as an assistant on the financial and accounting side of the business, and the other half of the time you will work for the recruiting team on the health care side of the business.

Job qualifications - Recruiter Assistant:

\xc2\xb7 Experience in recruiting, sales, account management, or staffing preferred

\xc2\xb7 Experience with calling or candidate prospecting preferred

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated success in customer service or account management

\xc2\xb7 Strong attention to detail and ability to organize and prioritize tasks

\xc2\xb7 Able to work well under pressure and within time constraints

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment

\xc2\xb7 Firm grasp on medical practices, administrative processes, and organizational policies

Job Qualifications - Financial Assistant:

- Financial background required

\xc2\xb7 Tracking financial transactions as well as creating financial reports.

\xc2\xb7 Submit expense reports and send communications for high-level staff as needed

\xc2\xb7 Creating spreadsheets and managing databases

\xc2\xb7 Submit expense reports and send communications for high level staff as needed

\xc2\xb7 Maintaining strictest confidentiality

\xc2\xb7 Provide general administrative support

\xc2\xb7 Performing related work as required

\xc2\xb7 Arranging meetings and other events

\xc2\xb7 Excellent organizational skills and diligence.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to function well in a high-paced and stressful environment.

\xc2\xb7 Quick learner

\xc2\xb7 Must be a team player

\xc2\xb7 Must be professional with excellent communication and computer skills

\xc2\xb7 Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails

\xc2\xb7 Punctual, honest, positive, reliable, and outgoing attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $49,189.55 - $52,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Palm Beach, FL 33480: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
