About MSSU Research

By design, the MSSU addresses the health research priorities of government and provincial health authorities, while also serving as a resource to health researchers and the public. The MSSU is dedicated to supporting patient-oriented research and decision-making that will reflect the needs and values of Maritime patients.

In addition, each province has its own node that functions somewhat independently to support research projects that take place predominantly within the single province. These provincial nodes are supported by provincial advisory committees that oversee the research related activities taking place in each provincial node.
