Responsabilites :
Traiter les bons de commande (BC) avec precision et efficacite.
Preparer et envoyer des devis aux clients.
Fournir des dessins simples ou des sketches techniques aux clients si necessaire.
Repondre rapidement et de maniere professionnelle aux demandes des clients
Developper, entretenir et investir dans des relations clients a long terme
Collaborer avec divers services internes pour garantir la satisfaction des clients
Profil requis :
Bilingue en francais et en anglais (a l'oral et a l'ecrit) -- obligatoire
Dynamique, confiant et communicatif
Passionne par le service a la clientele et motive pour depasser les attentes
Aime interagir avec les clients et n'est pas timide
Organise, soucieux du detail, avec de bonnes capacites a mener plusieurs taches de front
Experience dans le service a la clientele, le traitement des commandes ou la preparation d'offres (un atout)
Capacite a creer des dessins simples (formation fournie si necessaire)

Key Responsibilities:
Process customer purchase orders (POs) accurately and efficiently
Prepare and issue quotes to clients
Provide clients with simple technical drawings or sketches when needed
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and ensure top-level service
Build, maintain, and nurture long-term client relationships
Collaborate closely with internal teams to support customer needs
Ideal Candidate:
Fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written) -- mandatory* Dynamic, confident, and outspoken personality
Passionate about customer satisfaction and exceeding expectations
Not shy--enjoys communicating and connecting with clients
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Experience with customer service, order processing, or quotes is an asset
Ability to create simple customer drawings (training can be provided)
