HOURS ..... TUES: 8H30-17H00; WED: 9H30-17H00; THURS: 9.5-18H00
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our PASTRY SHOP, providing exceptional service to our customers while efficiently handling transactions. You will play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience through effective communication, product knowledge, and a friendly demeanor, in both FRENCH AND ENGLISH- ITALIAN A DEFINITE ASSET.

Duties

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, taking orders (in person and phone) as well as resolving any issues that may arise- FRENCH AND ENGLISH a must -ITALIAN A DEFINITE ASSET. Assist in merchandising efforts by maintaining product displays and ensuring FRIDGES are stocked and organized. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the checkout area and throughout the store. Handle purchase transactions with accuracy, ensuring our procedures are followed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations at all times.

Multi-task and handle stress well

during busy hours Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when answering calls or assisting customers over the phone, In French and English. Team player.

Experience

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Familiarity with cashiering duties and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. La maitrise du francais et de l'anglais est essentielle, et l'italien constitue un atout majeur.

Offrir un service exceptionnel et resoudre les preoccupations des clients avec professionnalisme Maintenir la proprete et l'organisation de la caisse et de l'espace de vente Veiller a ce que les frigos et presentoirs soient bien remplis et attrayants Traiter les transactions avec precision en respectant les procedures de la boutique Collaborer avec les membres de l'equipe pour assurer le bon deroulement des operations Gerer les periodes de forte affluence avec calme et efficacite Faire preuve d'une excellente etiquette telephonique en francais et en anglais
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 23 - 25 per week
