How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?The main purpose of this position is to work in an industrial welding and gas industry, responding to all customer inquiries as the first point of contact via telephone, email and EDI systems. In addition to excellent customer service skills, the incumbent must be able to demonstrate strong administrative and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.Incumbents must have experience in an industrial environment and be able to answer customers' questions about welding needs. They must be able to prioritize and manage their time well.Key job responsibilities:- Receive and process customer orders (by phone, email, fax, website, etc.). Actively listen to customers to respond to all their requests and satisfy their needs;
- Propose alternative, complementary or new products and evaluate new applications or opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and sales;
- Monitor order status and ensure delivery deadlines are met; - Ensure after-sales follow-up with customers;
- Work closely with sales, logistics, procurement and administration to ensure customer satisfaction and adequate cylinder replenishment;
- Provide administrative support to account managers;
