Job Description
Groupe Robert is currently looking for a Customer service Agent for Terminal.
Your responsibilities will be as follows: . Process orders received by fax or e-mail
- Data processing
- Answer customers and drivers answers
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Complete follow up of pick-ups and deliveries
- Coordinate operations at the local level and through the various Robert terminals to optimize the customers, shipments follow up
- Efficiently be up to the clients needs
- Produce and fill in different types of documents
- Other administrative tasks
- Bilingual, French and English
- Mastering customer approach
- Able to work under pressure
- Trip sheet knowledge
- Good computer skills
- Team spirit, resourcefulness and work autonomy
- Concerned about client satisfaction
- Promptness and attendance
- Capable of working in an evolving demanding milieu
